Norfolk Community Services Board Hosting Two Hiring Events

Norfolk Community Services Board (CSB) is seeking qualified professionals to fill multiple open positions in the fields of mental health, social services, counseling, and related areas. To address this critical staffing need, the Norfolk CSB is organizing two career fairs this month, offering on-the-spot interviews and contingent job offers for selected positions to qualified candidates.

The first event will take place on Thursday, February 22, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The second event will be held on Saturday, February 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Both career fairs will be held at the Norfolk CSB office located at 7447 Central Business Park Dr.

The Norfolk CSB is specifically looking to fill roles such as Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Case Managers, Emergency Services Counselors, and Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMRT, LSATP). New, full-time hires will be eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus, and the Norfolk CSB will also provide free clinical licensure/certification supervision to eligible staff members.
