The City of Chesapeake invites residents to participate in an upcoming event focused on the South Norfolk Historic District Design Guidelines project. The event, scheduled for Thursday, April 11, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Truitt Intermediate School, will provide the community with an update on the project's progress.
